Nature of Services
The services offered by Energy Aligns are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, spiritual exploration, and connection to your own inner guidance.
Intuitive and energetic readings may include insights, impressions, reflections, tarot, or other intuitive tools. These insights are offered as possibilities for personal reflection and are not presented as predictions, guarantees, or absolute outcomes.
Health & Professional Care
The information, insights, and suggestions shared by Stefanie Bollini and Energy Aligns are intended for personal and spiritual exploration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, physical, or mental health condition, nor are they a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
Clients are encouraged to seek guidance from a licensed healthcare professional, physician, or therapist regarding any medical, emotional, or mental health concerns that may arise during or outside of a session.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, choices, and actions and for how they choose to interpret and apply any insights or suggestions received during a session.

Confidentiality & Privacy
Information shared during one-on-one sessions and other private services is treated with care and confidentiality, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
Session Recording
With your consent, sessions may be recorded to provide you with a personal reference of the insights and information shared during your session. Recording is optional, and you may choose not to have your session recorded and still receive the service.
Recordings are intended for your personal use and will be treated as private and confidential. Recordings will not be shared with others or used for promotional or other purposes without your separate permission, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
Before recording begins, your consent will be confirmed.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded, as applicable. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
Agreement
By booking a session or service with Energy Aligns, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Client Disclaimer & Terms and agree to the terms associated with your service.
You understand that Energy Aligns provides intuitive and energetic services for personal and spiritual exploration and that you remain responsible for your own decisions and well-being.
